Showcased at the Palais Royal, the Fall-Winter 2022 collection was inspired by Isabel Marant's favourite New York based rock band Blonde Redhead.
Out of a fueling desire to focus on the essentials, Marant describes that "This season was about this ballad of a girl, she's really going to the essentials. She wears a knitted dress with a huge coat over it. I wanted to do something very evident and very cozy, and easy to wear, and being naively sexy. She's very discreet and at the same time very powerful."
Models walked down the catwalk, in oversized bomber jackets, slim cargo jeans and textured knits. Tech nylon, brushed wool, washed cotton twill and furry mohair were key fabrications in the Runway collection.
